1. How do
I book?
You can book by telephoning us at anytime on 07766 702191 or email
us at
cross-crazy-castles@ntlworld.com or by filling in booking form
in the bookings page.
2. How
much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book
as early as possible to avoid disappointment. However please contact
us on the day as we may have availability
3. How
much does it cost?
Please see the inflatable page for all prices, prices may vary
depending on use, i.e home / business use.
4. What do
the prices include?
All bouncy castle bookings includes delivery of the bouncy castle,
blower, extension cable and safety crash mats, it also includes set
up and inflation and collection at your requested time.
5. How
long do I get the equipment for?
Hire is available from 9am to 8pm 7 days a week.. We have 4 hour
packages, all day hire, weekly packages or weekend packages.
6. Do I
have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. Cash is paid upon delivery.
7. What if
i need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much
notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a
cancellation fee.
8. What if
it rains?
Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in wet
conditions, they have rain covers however it is not recommended due
to the safety reasons.
9. Can the
bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
Unfortunately this is not possible however if it is a very slight
slope it may be possible, you will need to discuss this prior to the
booking.
10. How
long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take aprox 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to
pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending
on which bouncy castle you hire i.e ball pond may take slightly
longer to pack up.
Please make sure the day we come to deliver your equipment please
ensure all pathways are clear and all garden items are removed such
as garden toys, swing, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc.
11. How
much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the back and front of
the castle and 3 feet either side. This is to allow access and the
blower (at the rear). If the site if deemed unsuitable we reserve
the right to cancel and not inflate the bouncy castle.
